Yesterday on 30.12.09 I have submitted a cheque no. 513641 Rs. 1,24160 for RTGS in your Taranagar Ditt. Churu branch present at 11.00 am but UTR number is not give at 11.30am ask my representative to your bank employee Mr. Man Mohan Singh to come at 3.00pm. Again I have contacted on phone to Mr. Man Mohan Singh and he again ask me to contact after some time. My representative contacted after 3.00 PM then again Mr. Singh told him come after 5.00 PM for UTR NUMBER. Looking to the above fact it is regretted to inform you that Your Taranagar branch service is very poor and not satisctory and also not as per your reputed bank and Mr. Singh behaviour is not good so kindly take action against employee immediately .
