Dear Sir, This is to inform you , We have own property in Ahmednagar (Near Vishal Ganpati, Malivada)& last year we have given to one of the builder for construction . The agreement was made 4/4/2011;on 100 Rs.Stamp paper between Mr. Ashok Bansod (My Father) & Mr. Nanasaheb Raghunath Nagpure (Contractor). The total ground floor will be complete in 7 lacs 23 thousand as per agreement & all the amount has been given to contractor. Now only 60% work has been done & he is denying to complete the pending work. When i called personally today he is saying he doesn't have any profit in this work & asking more amount if we will give 1st floor work to him then only he will start the work. Request you please help us in this regards .
