Attebele tollgate at bangalore hosur road is idfc bank based. And same idfc fastag is not working there and the staffs are asking to pay and not responding to give the complaints and suggestions book. I had to argue and i was i'll treated by the staffs for 15 minutes and received the complaint book after meeting the manager.
This happened at 12.10 at fastag lane going to hosur from bangalore. One of the staff pushed me twice, refusing to give the complaints and suggestions book.
I am a frequent traveller by this tollgate and everytime gate doesn't open, i was arguing 5 minutes this time in the lane and gate opened late. I passed other side, parked my car and requested complaint book to lodge complaint to correct the technical issue. The staffs were very rude and misbehaved pushing me. Its been recorded in the cctv. Plesse check.
Idbi fastag is very worst lot of tollgates doesn't open.
