[Resolved]  Cooperative Housing Society — Open Area Totaly used for Parking , Leaving no play area for the Children

I am a member of the Cooperative Housing Society with 28 Members. Open Area of the Society is fully occupied by Members Vehicles all the time ( Appox 20 Cars ) Children of the Society doesnot have place to play. With the park vehicles it always give rise to dispute for damage etc. Whether Societies Act / Bombay Municipal Act does not have any provision to help the parents of the children?

Society should provide dedicated place for chlidren for playing, Playing is important for physical growth as well as it creates habit of sharing among children. Dedicated place of playing shoud have high wire meshed wall to guard other people from accidental injury from ball.
Yes the society should provide area for the children to play. I do not know if Societies Act / Bombay Municipal Act have any provision to help the parents of the children? But I think it should be there.
