i am living in this society in kalyan for the last four years and offlate on 19 may 2009 i have purchased an unsold parking from the builder and got it registered. now the society says that it is illegal to pruchase a parking space from the builder after four years of society formation and they will continue with their plans of extending the society office on to my parking. the conveyance deed is not yet done. the society had mutually decided three years back in a meeting that none of the members will pruchase that parking so that at last the parking will become the soecietys kitty which i was not aware of due to my proffession, and they will go ahead with their plans. infact the society office itself on the ground office is an illegal construction and not on the final blue print. now they have issued me a notice to vacate the parking to commence their office extention. i have a registered legal document for the said parking. please advise Was this information helpful? | 
coop housing soc — car parking
Iam resident of mulund east i have purchase a flat year a back,since i didnt pay for car parking and supreme court has pass order that builder cannot claim stilt/open parking or sell them even if it is written in agreement .In this case i have car, can i park my car inside society primises and pay society as per bylaws after soc formation (note my society is not formed yet)Can you suggest regarding the matter please
