[Resolved] Corporation Bank — Cash Not received , but account debited | |
I am having an account with SBM Naya bazar branch and i used my ATM debit card for withdrawal cash of RS. 600.00 through corporation bank ATM at 09:02:17 AM at Royal Plaza, gujranawalan town, delhi on 09-05-09, but ATM unabled me to withdraw the cash of Rs. 600.00, in the mean time i got the transation receipt haveing withdraw cash of Rs. 600.00, while i did not recived the mony. I made another transaction & took money from another ATM of SBM. I tried to complain for the same to SBM Naya Bazar ans as well as to Corporation bank, Gujrawalan Baranch, but both denied to take my complain. Was this information helpful? | |

I have done a transation (withdraw) on 21/08/2009 of 1, 000 Rupees at SOUTH INDIAN BANK ATM(L.B.NAGAR BRANCH) i didn't receive the amount from the ATM but amount was debited from my account. On the same date(21/08/2009) i have given complaint in my branch about this incident. They have said with in one month i will get my amount back to my account but till now there is no response.
