[Resolved] Country Vacations — No services | |||
We were called by country vacations 6 months back and they got us into a membership for Rs. 60000/-. This included a lifetime membership of country club After that there is no response from them. Calling multiple times and sending emails without any proper response. It is a fraud company and I would like to get my money back.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too am conned by these people giving similar stories. They claimed tie-ups with clubs close to our home and promised that a new club is coming up by Dec 2012 in vicinity of our home. due to these factors, we immediately agreed to go in for their membership. The details of these tie-ups and new club obviously was not part of the agreement. Now after getting their money, they are not ready to confirm the tie-ups and the coming club's location and date it would start functioning. Therefore, the whole reason for me becoming a member has gone for a toss.
I urge all fellow consumers cheated by Country Club/ Vacations to come forward and file consumer and criminal (fraud) complaint at the Delhi Economic Offenses Wing. Only once a criminal complaint is filed against the directors of this company, will they make sure that people down the line tell only the truth.
