Poor staff behaviour and poor services

Date of Incident: 24th May 2024
I had a reservation with Purple Bus from Prayagraj to Nagpur. Despite confirming with the driver 4 hours prior that I would be picked up from Yamuna Gate, MNNIT, he later denied the arrangement just 30 minutes before the scheduled time, citing a delay. As two female passengers with luggage, reaching the main pickup point on short notice was extremely difficult. It is the staff’s responsibility...

Didn't get refund yet. No receipt given yet

Dear Prasanna travels,

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recently cancelled Pune-Diveagar trip scheduled for December 14th.

As communicated to your team, I had to cancel my booking due to the change in the mode of transportation from the original plan.
Unfortunately, the car-based arrangement was not suitable for me, particularly considering my height of 6 feet 3 inches.

I'm travelling from nanded to pune dated 25sept2026 in mh14lb2823.

When travels stop for lunch brek att 1 o'clock driver turned off the ac and went for nearly one hour.

What is the meaning of booking ac travels if we have received ac for complete journey.

When I asked driver he said that it's a company policy.

    I have purchased spot ticket for pune mumbai prasanna purple bus from swargate through sana travels.
    There was lot of miscommunication between them with respect to seat number. I was promised to give 18 no. Seat but was given 17 no. Seat. The booking incharge was too rude to talk and was asking me to leave the bus. He was also telling me that we are prasanna purple group and we have lot of contacts with ministers, you may do whatever you want, etc. He was literally yelling and abusing me.
    It is high time for prasanna purple to train their service providers otherwise the day of its downfall like other reputed organization is not far away.

        My booking with prasanna purple on 6/08/2023 from pune to nanded the scheduled time of bus is 8:30 PM, but on that day due to bad traffic of pune i reached at prasanna purple parking sangamwadi around 8:28 I already talk with driver and he told me we will wait. But on reaching there bus was already went at 8:52 PM my ticket was cancelled amd although there is representative of your company he didnt help me. So i want to file the complain.

          I have booked a bus ticket for my mother in prasanna travels for guntur to hyderabad which is ac sleeper bus.
          After reaching boarding point they picked my mother in non-ac van upto vijayawada which is very old and seats are not at all comfortable, the best description would be nursey school van.
          I have booked ticket for ac bus from guntur to hyderabad and they have provided the passenger non ac bus upto vijayawada which is another city.
          I think prasanna travels has done this intentionally without any prior notice and in full aware of that they are gonna do this and they are ok to suffer passengers to save some money.

          The legal action should be taken on these type of instances in india for its betterment and development.

            We r travel from shegaon to Pune in your bus our seat no.17& 18 and all blow air come in our area so we can't seat or sleep too we ask driver aastt but he say u r choose the seat and this is seat have proble we can't help

            Can you look into the matter how u give service to ur customer

              I am a passenger of Bus - MH-14-GU-9042 for Journey : Nagpur-Pune on[protected]:00 PM

              After an hour of my boarding, rain water from the roof of my seat started leaking.

              Bus is full pack and there is no other seat available for me as per bus staff. Very bad experience.

                Hi My Name is Rohit Wadhwani. I have booked online ticket from Pune to Akola Seat No 6 on 25th June 2023 timing 9:15 PM to 8:15 AM. I was allocated bus number MH 14 HU 2265. Seat number 5 was empty. There were 2 bus drivers as it was night journey. After dinner break when the bus resumed the 2nd bus driver came back to seat no 5 and started sleeping next to me. He was continuously snoring due to which I was unable to sleep for a single minute. Is this the kind of service Prasanna Purple Travels provides to a loyal customer.

                  I’ve registered an issue on the same site on 12th may 2023. To which the prasanna purple replied on 14th may and confirmed the refund for the differential amount charged incorreectly. Its more than 20 days and no refund has been initiated against that. I am attaching the screenshots of complaint and the company’s reply. Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

                      I am a passenger of this bus which has left from NAGPUR at 10:30pm travelling to PUNE. I’ve paid AC bus ticket of amount Rs.2068/- which is already double of what a railway service would charge. But that is not all. I am sitting in the bus and since the night AC has been switched off. In this scorching heat of MAY month, Passangers are suffocating since the bus has no ventilation. No water has been provided.No regards to humanity. Passengers have called the travels but no response from their side.

Also we have given Morning Break Fast at Smile stone Hotel & then arranged One SML ( AC Seater) & Innova( AC) from smile stone to Pune.

                        I had booked the tickets online for two seats from Kharghar to Pune, however none of the buses came at the time of pickup and the contact details shared were also wrong.

                          I book single seat ticket for Amravati to Pune for timing 8.15pm departure for 1850/-.The purple travels send me new bus timings with departure at 6.30 pm with seat in double seat birth. The single birth is expensive than double seat birth, when i check the price for seat they have provided me its showing 1150/- only. The difference of 700/- i gave them for single birth and Premium Bus at 8.15. There are different buses run by purple, the price of 8.15 bus is higher than other buses. They are providing me seat in their normal bus and double seat. I want refund of my 700/- difference because i have option of booking 1150/- seat but i go for 1850/- for comfort, but they are not providing premium bus and single seat.

                            Seat is not comfortable looks like the bus is very old. Seat has bad cusions. AC blower filter is not clean it blows dusty air and it feels like suffocating. It's smelling very bad.

                            No charging ports
                            Bus is not clean

                            Very bad experience

                              I have booked a ticket for purple metro link Volvo and they are providing me with a bharatbenz bus which is local,
                              The bus suspension are not working properly there is lingering smell in the bus, they don't have a cabin carrier for luggage and luggage is loitering on the floor of the bus.
                              If they don't have a Volvo bus they should have informed us we would have canceled and book a ticket for different bus .
                              This is so irresponsible and unprofessional.

                                Today I missed train due to late by purple bus. Travel date 23/09/2022 Pune to nanded.Purple should always retain their services systematic and punctual. Bus departure on time from Pune then why it delayed???

                                  Sir. U make us stop at such hotels which have no proper toilets they r extremely dirty & unhygienic also no western seats for senior citizens. This is a very serious issue. I want the owner of the travel agency to travel in his own travels with his family and register his own experience on this issue... Horrible. 😡... I was unaware of this complaint box having option to upload photos or videos i would have certainly done it. Nxt time i will upload photo here as well as on social Media.
