I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recently cancelled Pune-Diveagar trip scheduled for December 14th.
As communicated to your team, I had to cancel my booking due to the change in the mode of transportation from the original plan.
Unfortunately, the car-based arrangement was not suitable for me, particularly considering my height of 6 feet 3 inches.
I have already initiated the cancellation process, but the refund has not yet been credited to my account. I kindly request you to expedite the refund process and ensure that the full amount is refunded without any deductions.
