Cpc Banglore — itr not refund

Dear Sir/Madam
I filled my income tax for 2011-12 in month of july 2011, I received the intimation then i sent it to the cpc banglore office in same month then i receive the mail of receiving. but even after six month i did not get my refund till date. requesting you to plz look into. My all detail given below.

PAN-AEZPM2239J, ASSESSEE, Basudav Mukherjee E-filing ACKNLNO[protected] Dated-10/11/11, Refund claimed for Rs50981.Till date nither refund nor any information received.You are request to look into the matter and arrange to issue refund immediately. please note that 120 Days have already past, unfortunately refund not yet received. The matter is a very long pending one.

My pan no agapd6513h. Refund of 2017-18 is pending. Pls do it early.
