I totally Agree with this...Thanks rupesh that you raised this as I also wanted to share almost same kind of experience on this. This service providers are not at all recommended for any service

I am totally disagreed with your complaint. It was a mistake from you.. initially at the time of confirming you given wrong address when you confirmed with right address before the confirmed time, I informed to you 6 hours before that the charges will be extra for new distance so where we were wrong? I asked to you please give few time so I can come and submit the quotation but you people don't have time for that so must be ready for problems?
We are service provider company and must be pay the service tax to govt. by customer it was clearly writing on our quotation if you are checking Quotation properly what we can do?
We never behave wrong.. initially your brother in law abused me and my company so we should reply in same way.. I doesn't think so we are beggars? Dont think so anyone can be agree with your compliant.
Look.. If we are helping you people to relocation your goods why you behave wrongly with us.. I fond you people always think you are rich so you do what ever you want.
I simply told you sir, please pay the service Tax so what was wrong there? why not you took quotation before finalising? why your brother in law abused us and our employee? think properly all these incidents and write?

recently in the month of dec-2014, i have shifted from bangalore to hyderabad suddenly.to my bad luck i have utilised the services of creative cargo packers& movers the fraud people, they have cheated us a lot, they have charged for insurance but when i have informed that my items are damaged . they did not even respond, they did not do any un loading, my family members have done the unloading for themselves, but charged for un loading, how can he charge for the service which he did not do.i have the proof of every thing, pl refund me my damaged items, let him pay my insurance.or refund the damaged items amount, he gave the quatation different, but in the last movement, just before packing he has changed his word and increased the price, he is not a right person who sticks or stand by word. all the big cartoons are mine it self, he has only small boxes with him. hope u will do justice to me.

I have moved house hold things from Bangalore to Erode on 14.8.2015 availing services from Creative packers & movers. When I offered to pay partial payment while loading and balance after unloading, they refused and insisted for full payment at the time of loading itself, assuring that they will take all care, till the things get unloaded in the destination. But, once they got their full payment after loading the things, the shed off their unloading responsibility and left it to the decision of the driver. The driver engaged only one person with him for unloading saying that, the P&M company was given him unloading charges for only 2 persons. So, the costly things were dragged instead of lifting(because of insufficient man power) and scoring marks formed on the costly steel almirah. When contacted the Creative P&M Company, they said that they have allotted 3 persons for unloading and put the blame on the driver. Just to save the wages of one man power, they keep customer and his goods safety in risk. Given below are the tips to avoid getting fooled like this from this kind of companies:
1). At that time of loading, pay money only after the packing and loading are done in a satisfied manner. Don't pay the unloading charges.
2). Reduce the unloading charges from the quotation and engage sufficient local persons for unloading at the unloading place. Never believe the assurance of safe unloading promises from the P&M company.
3). Give strong instructions to loading and unloading persons that, no thing should be dragged, either on the floor of the house or in the vehicle. Only lifting of things has to be done. Warn them, that if any scoring marks are formed on the things then the damage cost will be deducted from unloading cost.
4). Have a close watch while packing, loading and unloading. Furnitures should be wrapped with a package quality polythene sheet and above that a thick paper cover.

Creative cargo unprofessional, fraud, drunker cargo company
Recently I booked "Creative Cargo Packers" by calling the number [protected]. I asked the person to see the luggage before sending the vehicle for shifting.
In spite of this, he sent a small vehicle which was not enough even for 50% of my goods.
The persons who came for shifting were drunk including the driver.
When I questioned about the size of the vehicle he told me that he will make multiple trips (And I have to pay for that !!!).
Before shifting they will quote one price, but after shifting they will raise their price. They also asks separate charges for unloading. Unless you pay more money they wont unload your luggage.
The Naren who is in the office, threatened us for more money.
They wont provide any bills, Income tax department needs to track these kind of criminals.
Never go for this packers and movers.
