Credit Card — after paid all amount my name putted in civil

Hi,

This is Anilkumar Chincholi .i was using Axis bank credit card from last 2yrs back. Now once in day i purchased something from Kerala Jewellery and i paid all amount within the time period of 45 days after billing. Second time i purchased again something from Kerala Jewellery but this time i will not paid all amount within time period of 45 days. So the axis bank will credited all amount from my account and because of the my account balance will goes in negative. Axis bank will did this without giving a single intimation to me. Then also i paid all amount to bank. After paid all amount to axis bank than also my name will add in civil and when i asked axis bank manager for adding my name in civil he told me reason is " Late Payment" but i don't know about this rule otherwise i will make payment by doing some adjustment. Only you added my name in civil because of that i cant take any further benefits from other bank. i want to remove my name from civil because above problem we had faced from Axis bank. Please consider my complain and give me a suggestion further what i have to do???
