I am using my credit card from last 7 8 months but still my card details is not updated in CIBIL score. Due to that my CIBIL Score not increasing. I request you to update my Credit Card to CIBIL report.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    i am writing to letter as no body given responses from SBI CArd side only sending email and message about outstanding amount of sbi card.

    As i am said that i has been refused to take any annual fees chargeable( asked for Life Time Free Card) SBI card to sales person but after that he processed my application(with Annual Fees) without my knowledge . I had wrote email about this happened to customecare and call centre numbers and email also but no proper responses. i put request for cancellation as i have not received any physical Credit Card as card is not delivered-returned ( message screen shot attached & other several email communication also attaching). I dont know what is credit card also. i also called at Gurgaon customer care as one gentleman attend my call and assured to cancelled it but not yet cancelled. After that i tried to call 4-5 time they put me hold and after some time cut down the call. such horrible and unexpected experienced.

    After several calls and emails finally i am writing this email to you and request to you pl look in to matter and cancelled the card immediately.

      Hi

      The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

      The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

      A deduction of rs 2194 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

      I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

        I got a call from hdfc bank for credit card, they asked about my details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card, representative visited my home filled all my details in a form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my reference number after that i got 2 verification calls.
        Thereafter i did not receive any further update from bank.in credit card tracking website i checked the status it showing application status declined. I don't know the reason.
        I'm very disappointed with the service

          I have received Wrong Number Credit card Bill which end with xxxx xxxx xxxx xx26 bill shows some Total Due around 14, 925 rs. but i never use sbi Credit card and i have this card no [protected] i try to call customer care so many times but didn't get any Proper answer. For This I many Time Visits sbi Bank but they didn't give proper answer and whenever i go to bank an new Employee for credit card I have to close this credit card... so what is procedure..

              I like to inform you i apply for neo credit card 2 times, but i don't know why they diclined my card request, i submitted all the valid document, and my salary in hand 21000, and my salary account also axis bank, but i don't know why it was diclined 2 times.                 Hi,
                I have an sbi credit card for last 3 years and i am an excellent customer at my payments.
                I was ill and missed paying a very small amount of 699 rs which got rolled over to next month with a late payment charge out of the 54000 ipaid in my previous statement.
                Now as soon as i came to know of 699 i immediately paid a charge of 699 rs and requested for a reversal of late payment charge. The request was raised and probably got rejected.
                In meantime i travelled abroad for work and now the amount became 3000.
                I immediatly requested again and on refusal of any action by sbi customer care. I suspended my card for a settlement.
                Now my question is is it legal to charge interest and late payment charge on a late payment and interest.
                It looks illegal to me as i am aware interest on interest is not legal anywhere in the world.
                I am not sure how to settle this now. Is it that in order to settle this i require to pay the 3000 which only comprise of late payment and interest charges or they spoil my credit report.
                Or do i have any options which is less hectic and not as time consuming.
                Sbi is a govt bank but i think the charges made are unfare for me.
                They charge me without me purchasing any credit from them directly.

                   the transaction amount incurred/authorized by me is for rs._6999_ but i was billed for rs._6999_. (June month statement attached)
                   others (From amazon refunded) your refund of rs.6999 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by 4/3/2018.

                  In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Ther is some fraud transaction happend on card and we have already update the same to standercharted bank this matter is form last three years and we are now frastrated about the same thing.                             Myself Atul Shantaram Torawane, i have purchased Tata Tiago car from M/s. Fortune Cars Pvt. Ltd. Nerul, Navi Mumbai, while paying for that i have used my credit card but Fortune car representative ask for 1.5% transaction charges against the transaction but as per RBI rules non of merchant can claim or ask for charges on debit/credit card swipe.

                            After so many argument with Fortune manager they stately deny to accept the RBI rules and conditions so i have pay them through credit card.

                            Details transaction:- 49872/- was the actual payment and they ask me for 1.5% extra charge (748/-) = 50620/- Rs.

                                  I AM LOSING PATIENCE. Most of the information updated by banks are not valid. I can prove the the information updated are not valid.

                                  No one seems to even help. Executive from CIBIL said just log in to respective Bank website and send KYC documents.

                                  This is did not make any sense since each organization have multiple e mail IDs and contact information.

                                  Last couple of months ago CIBIL did agree that they had updated wrong information.

                                  I would like to know how to go legal. This is really creating issues to my credit history.

                                      Then Agents from P-MAK Started to come for collection at home, they have collected from me Amt.24,590/-

                                          I had two Credit Cards from HDFC and Citi Bank. Both the cards were written-off/Closed by the bank due to non-payment. Later I paid all my Outstanding amount on both the credit cards in May 2013 and have also obtained the No Due Letter for the same. Now when I am applying for a fresh credit card from same or different banks I am getting rejections.
                                          Please advise if i have paid all my debt then why I am unable to get a credit card and how to apply for a fresh credit card.
                                          Please note that this was NOT A SETTLEMENT, i paid the amount in full.
                                          Maybe the rejections is because the CIBIL is not updated, so it is none of my faults, I have returned every single penny of the bank. If i were to get such rejections then I should have better gone for a settlement. I am hopeless now and I dont know what to do. Please help.

                                          You are right. CIBIL might not have been updated. Also their is a score in CIBIL. If it is LOW you will not get loans. These can be sorted out.

                                                  I have harassed by GE Money & have given me & my family in trauma ... i was caring one Tata SBI Credit card last 6 month i never made any transactions by this card suddenly on 3 Jan i got a mail that Rs 35664.26 debited from your card in Egypt.with in 12 hrs i came to know & raised a complain but still they are just giving me excuses we are working on the same 100 times i called them 5 reminder mail i have sent ever time i am getting reply we will get back to you we will working in that give us it has been 64 days to escalated the issue but no response from them.

                                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                                  I had received call from HSBC, Mumbai and they had expalined me the scheme of New (sakaranti) insurance plan. After expalining advantages of policy they had taen my details of Name and data of birth (including my wife and parents). They had cleared that they will give time to decide for policy but at end they said money (26, 000 Rs/-) has been deducted from your credit card as i had talked with them and had given my details. I am not even able to contact them on their number:[protected]. Since such froud has done with me even though i had not registered for the card after its receipt i want to cancel of this card. If no action is taken against this then i will charge HSBC for doing such froud with their coustomer.

                                                          I had a standard Chartered Credit Card No.[protected], in which two Fraud Internet Transaction of 27.10.2012 in MCAfee & 28.10.12 in CHEAP ANDGO -VIAJES INTE PALMA ES.

                                                          Sir, I had already complaint to Standard Chartered Customer Care that my card was miss used, they cannot proceed the settlement, but bank phool people can block my card, but cannot retain my debit amount.

                                                          Sir, I had complaint on 28.12.2012 at 8.30 am on sunday and i had also sent Transaction Dispute Form to Nodal Officer, Head Departmet to Chennai by Reagister AD. I had also sent mail to each and every department for this FRAUD TRANSACTION but bank people did not reply properly they told me that it take time to Investigate.

                                                          Sir, for this complaint already crossed Three month but they people did not tell me any thing.

                                                          Sir, I had already complaint to crime branch also but they also told they had written a letter to Bank.

                                                          But till date i.e. 06.02.2013
