[Resolved]  Credit Card — Unexpected Charges and Misbehaving of Customer Care executives

Hi, I am not totally statified with the service I am getting from you people. I am a regular paying members of your
credit card no. [protected].Please find the detail reasons below:

1. Unnecessary charges have been made from your bank without my notice.

2. I have made a balance transfer 4 months back, for that reason I have been told that I can use the rest
of my credit amount during my repayement of this amount. But when I used it, you have made some finance charges. I regularly

use it for every transaction during a month. If I would have known that I should not have asked for a balance transfer.

3. I am also concerned about the money recovery departement. You should appoint some educated perosns there who can talk
to a perosn by knowing the reasons of not making the payment. Today (01.12.2008), I have recieved a call from Mumbai
at 1.52 PM and the executive doesn, t even know how to talk to a customer. How she has been placed in that concerned
department where you need to maintain the relationship with the customer and to get the money as well from him/her,
because it hampers your brand name in the market. The person can utilise his mind and skills to convince the customer
for the payment as its not about recovering the money, it, s about keeping relationship with them also. As a International

legal Consultant cum advisor I know all the rules and regulations that can be taken against the bank and the executive for

this ridiculous activity.I need a proper answer for this. I want you take necessary action against that executive. I had

already clarified the problems with the customer care and they have confirmed me that the extra charges made in my account

will be credited and will be reflected in my next statement and I have told them that I will be making my payment after

receiving my next statement only. After explaining all these things to the executive also she had told me so many rude things

which I never accept. I know, I have used the amount means I need to pay, but in a legal way. That doesnt mean whatever you

tell me I will pay that. This is my biggest concern to take necessary action regarding this.

4. Customer is the king, i beleive this as I am into consulting also. So, please appoint some well and educated people in the
recovery departenment who must know how to talk to people by going through their profile and credit history. I think, thats
why I have provided my total details to you.

I will definitely be happy if you call me and expalin me about my concerns. Yes, One more thing, I dont want a single call

from you pople regarding my payment to the bank. As a valued customer of your bank I know that I need to make the payment.

You can check my credit history with your bank. After that I also dont want to use your credit card and I will close my

account. Yes, of course I will pay the total money then I will close my account. Please do the needful accordingly.

Otherwise, I will file a case against the bank and the executive who had called me. I haev all the proofs with me.
