Credit Card — Obnoxious Behavior of yr staff

My son had defaulted payment on his credit card since he has met with a serious road accident and is on bed for the last 2 months. On my knowing this matter, I called HSBC Bombay & spoke to Ms Neha Joshi
I requested her to send me three details such as Purchases, Payment made and Interest component.
The lady named above is EXTREAMLY rude, mannerless, & abusive. We had been requesting for a DRAFT of a NO Dues certificate before we made the payment.She insisted that we first make out the payment DD that too in a language which is far from polite. She has not only behaved badly with me,
she used the same skills on my secretary and assassinated her character too.Absolutely shameful from a person employed with a reputed organization as yours..

30 minutes ago, we have sent a mail to your Mr Santosh. Kangne Asst. Manager Debt management
again requesting for a draft of the No dues certificate.

We are shocked at the treatment meted out to people who want to pay you your dues.
