I made payment of your last bill[protected] to 21.05.08) by means of cheque no: 631386 dated 02.06.2008 for Rs. 829.50 and dropped it in your box at your Sec-9, Cghandigarh Branch. On 23.06.08, I received an SMS saying that my card shows "overdue status". I contacted your executives who advised me to make payment in cash to enable them to credit the amount and reverse the penalty and finance charges. I immediately deposited Rs. 830/- at your Sec-9, Chandigarh Branch.
As advised, I contaced your Chandigarh [protected] for help in the matter. I was asked to hold the line for two minutes. I kept holding the line for 10 minutes but the lady at the other end just went missing.
