I had a standard Chartered Credit Card No.[protected], in which two Fraud Internet Transaction of 27.10.2012 in MCAfee & 28.10.12 in CHEAP ANDGO -VIAJES INTE PALMA ES.
Sir, I had already complaint to Standard Chartered Customer Care that my card was miss used, they cannot proceed the settlement, but bank phool people can block my card, but cannot retain my debit amount.
Sir, I had complaint on 28.12.2012 at 8.30 am on sunday and i had also sent Transaction Dispute Form to Nodal Officer, Head Departmet to Chennai by Reagister AD. I had also sent mail to each and every department for this FRAUD TRANSACTION but bank people did not reply properly they told me that it take time to Investigate.
Sir, for this complaint already crossed Three month but they people did not tell me any thing.
Sir, I had already complaint to crime branch also but they also told they had written a letter to Bank.
But till date i.e. 06.02.2013
