"On <date 30.08.2009>, a fraudulent transaction was made from my credit card no. <card no [protected] >. I complained against the transaction to the bank immediately on receiving the SMS of the said transaction made for an amount of <Rs.7243/-,4146/-,3926/->. On the inquiries made by the bank, it was known that flight ticket were booked for <Nupur Walia,Ritu Walia, M.Sarkar, Rahul Singh > through <M/s VIA www.flightraja.com>. As I have no relation to the said persons nor I know them in any manner, I declare on oath that my credit card has been misused. Further, the bank had never allowed to punch in some password to prevent such transactions. Any information required to make a transaction using the card was all available and being provided by the bank itself. Now, the bank is asking for the said amount along with interest to which I am not liable at all. Hence, I request the concerned officer in this regard to look into the matter and the bank should waive the charges due to me in respect of this transaction. My contact no. [protected]"

Citibank has refused to entertain my complaint.
This is a very serious issue.
