[Resolved] Croma — Croma Washing Machine not working

We have purchased a Croma Washing Machine in Feb 2011. Machine worked fine intially for 3 month, but after that are conitnious problems. Dryer vibration is tremendous. Spin ceased and did not work. The complaint was also attended after 15 days as they could not register the complaint because server was down. After attending the complaint, we were responded that spares we not availble for 15-20 days.

Also the local employees didnt answer calls for many days and then we had to go there and complain.

Now we are completely fed up and want our money back.

I biught washing m/c before 4 months i.e. May 2008 from A deler in Lucknow, tahkurgang( M/s Golden Electronics, Thakurganj, Lucknow.) It Is in warrenty period .My Phone No. Iis( [protected] ).
And Invoice No. is 15579 Dt. 15/5/2008.
Please Sand any one to repair this and oblige me.
