Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered a microwave online from CROMA store on 8/4/13 and received a dented product. On sending back i received a fresh microwave but this time without the Starter smartkit & recipe book. The delivery guy told it will be sent by mulund croma branch as you reside in bhandup.
On not receiving the kit i called croma customer support twice and both times i was told it will be delivered to you in 24 hrs.
Its been so many days no one has even bothered to send it. I have mailed thrice at customer support but no action has been taken.
Very disguisting service by Croma. This is the last thing one could expect from a croma store.
