Dear Sir / Madam
We have purchased a split a/c from Croma on 6th June 2009, since installation no service is being done. Recently from the a/c water was dripping, we thereafter lodge a complaint on toll free number [protected] ant complaint no.[protected] dt. 22nd March 2010.
After through follow up, a personnel from National Aircon came, but did nothing , he said there is some major problem do not use the a/c till rectified.
Again after calling up toll free number it is constanstly repeating the mesage we will call you back please leave the mesage and phon number - but no response – We have been calling them National aricon from day one by they keep on dodging from post to pillar by giving different name and number . Are these people making a fool of the consumer
The fact according to me is that the a/c installed might be problem, since they do not want to replace they are making fuss over the thing.
Sir, May I request you to kindly intervene and give me a suitable suggestion of direction on how to proceed futher, let them give me the money i have spent for purchase of a/c and take away this a/c.
