Hi All,
I "chetan chauhan" had finalised to avail the services of cryo-save for stem cell preservation after long search with various vendor's in market (Delhi). And as there was no review about them over internet and being an Multinational (Europe's Leading Stem Cell Bank) I trusted them. But to my luck they seems to be worst to bank on in India.
Cryo Save are worst on keeping with time, they will commit the time and never revert back to you on time and when you ask them they will give our loving execuse will get back to you in next couple of hours. And you keep waiting for hours and days but they will not. The marketing team is good but then other fails to impress.

Hi Cryo-Save,
I have paid the registration frees of Rs. 5000 with Receipt Number -00827 on date : 30.09.2011, and since then I haven't recieved a the KIT that was promised to be delivered in a week time. I had contacted to Mr.Ravi on 10.Oct regarding the same and he confirmed to update me on 11.Oct, I am yet to hear from him.
I here by request you to close the the account and please return the registration fees along with the supplied cheques.
P.S : I am already overloaded with the things which I keep tracking, one less could really help me.

Your Client ID was generated and all that was required was to hand over the Medical Kit Box which our Delhi team failed to do within the stipulated time. We were under the impression that these terms of termination of agreement with Cryo-Save was also explained by the person who had called you but clearly the team has failed to do this also. For this we apologize again and after a discussion with the management, since this is a mistake from our team, we will be refunding the whole amount to you.
Please give us time till Friday to resend the required documents and cheques. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Dear Sir,
There has been a delay in releasing your cheque as your case was brought before the management for review. We take the fact that the Kit Box was not delivered to you on time very seriously and both Mr. Ravi Srivastav and our business manager of Delhi, Mr. Sunil Gadhok have been asked to explain themselves. This is causing the delay and as soon as it has been clarified, we will be releasing your documents.
I realize that this is an internal issue and you should not be affected by it but because of the seriousness of this issue and to prevent cases like this in future, I request you to have a little patience with us.

Dear Mr. Chauhan,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you!
As you had mentioned earlier, the Medical Kit Box was not sent to you on time which is why you have opted to terminate your agreement with Cryo-Save. This is considered a serious deviation from our side and therefore was taken up before the management team. When questioned about the delay, it was brought to our understanding that your Client document was not completed due to which the your Kit Box could not be sent to you on time. You had opted to pay the service fee by EMI through ECS for a period of 12 months and although you had provided all the necessary cheques, the ECS form in the Client Document was not completely filled (your signature was missing). Our Representative has also informed us that he had tried to call you a couple of times to get the signatures on the respective pages but you were busy and unfortunately, the signature could not be obtained, leading to a delay in releasing your Medical Kit Box. Since it is in the policy of the company (and also mentioned in the Client document signed by you) that should the client opt to terminate the agreement, the Subscription fee (Rs.5,000.00) is not refundable.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and understand that the policy restrains us from refunds in case of any terminations.

Hi Ivy,
Cryo - Save had just proved the correctness of proverb "Stich in time save Nine", I am happy that I have cancelled terms with you at very start as I am now sure that I would have definitely ended on wrong side this.
Not sure if you have read my mail correctly.
First, On my very first mail I have mentioned that "I have contacted Mr Ravi for my kits whereabout" and it was not Cryo-Save that contact me.
Second, Your staff should have be trainied to get all the signature and complete formality at that very moment to avoid any delay.
Third, Once I have contacted Mr Ravi for Kit it was then he mentioned me about ECS signature and he confirmed me that he will come on very same day(10th October) to get the signature, he never turned up. I should not say but your employee is lying that he called couple of times for signature.
Fourth, If he couldn't come he could have updated us on same or request some one to collect on his behalf.
I would request you guys to be more professional in accepting your mistake rather that pointing it to me. As far as Rs.5000 is concerned please add it to your profits as I know if this would have happened some European country, I would have registation free without asking.
