      He had registered with cryosave for storing the stemcell and cord blood. Made all the payments (Up to 50, 000). When we tried contacting them today, to update our address we are shocked to see that none of their numbers are functional across the country. We got this registered at bangalore. I am concerned if we have been scammed and lost the precious cord blood to a fake agency.

      We has registered in the month of January 2017. The agents, toll free numbers, office lines.. None are functional. How do we take this ahead?

      i have taken services to save my daughter's Stem cord in Cryo-Save India bank in india . they are not reponding .

        Save csp ke kiye online application kiya tha ek phon aya ki aap ki application prapt hui aap ke mail address par sari jankari de di gai aap application form bharkar submit jar de. Our vivek raj ke account me 15600 rs. Jama karde. Ye karane ke bad bole ki od account ke liye rs. 50000/- jama karaye. Ye jama karane ke phale save csp vle id & code jakar cheack kiya to open nahi hua. Ab lag raha hain ki company ne dhoka kiya. Kyoki online application karane par company ke aadmi ke alawa our kisi ko information kaise pahuchi. Ye company ki jimedari hain ki hamare rupye wapas kare.

          Hi,
          My name is Renuka Parganiha. Have worked with Cryo Save India Pvt Ltd for 2 years.
          I have submitted my pf documents in the month of may 2012, and till now i have not received the pf amount.
          i have asked the cryo save guys many times but they are not responding properly.Every time they says that audit is going on and they donot reply to my mails also. and now they are saying that the form is still with them.
          Kindly advise on how to go about it or if there is any other alternate way to get my pf amount.

          Please help.

          I Ravi Raj Singh, Ex employee of Cryo-Save India Pvt Ltd. Had joined the company in the month of July 2010 and was working till Dec 2012. Where in i have filed an application for my PF withdrawal in the month of July 2012, But to surprise i have yet to receive my PF amount. Have been regularly calling the company regarding my status.But still waiting for a proper response from them. So would like an advise on what to be done on this, and can i make any complain at PF office, and if can what is the procedure for doing this. As read an article which says Employer has to file Employee Application in PF office within 30 Days.

          Hi renuka, this is Ravi from Bang. Like you iam also waiting for my PF amount. And been calling cryo save for the past 5 months to which they give similar kind of reasons. Iam planning to complain at PF office regarding this.

            All these things are nonsense about this stem cell bank. They promised me that they will send the paramedic for collection of cord blood and cord tissue, but due to thier negligeance I have lost this oppertunity to collect my babys stem cell. Their paramedic doesnt come on time.Its a very bad experience for me truely. I have lost the sample and my money. Even i remember the person who called me is Ms.Vidya & Askar and I request each and everybody to not to go with this bank for your babys stem cell banking. They made me realise that I have done a mistake.... I lost my baby's cord blood...

              Hi All,

              I "chetan chauhan" had finalised to avail the services of cryo-save for stem cell preservation after long search with various vendor's in market (Delhi). And as there was no review about them over internet and being an Multinational (Europe's Leading Stem Cell Bank) I trusted them. But to my luck they seems to be worst to bank on in India.

              Cryo Save are worst on keeping with time, they will commit the time and never revert back to you on time and when you ask them they will give our loving execuse will get back to you in next couple of hours. And you keep waiting for hours and days but they will not. The marketing team is good but then other fails to impress.

              Following are few mail conversation with them.

I had contacted to Mr.Ravi on 10.Oct regarding the same and he confirmed to update me on 11.Oct, I am yet to hear from him.

              I here by request you to close the the account and please return the registration fees along with the supplied cheques.
              P.S : I am already overloaded with the things which I keep tracking, one less could really help me.

For this we apologize again and after a discussion with the management, since this is a mistake from our team, we will be refunding the whole amount to you.

              I apologize for the delay in getting back to you!

              As you had mentioned earlier, the Medical Kit Box was not sent to you on time which is why you have opted to terminate your agreement with Cryo-Save. This is considered a serious deviation from our side and therefore was taken up before the management team. When questioned about the delay, it was brought to our understanding that your Client document was not completed due to which the your Kit Box could not be sent to you on time. You had opted to pay the service fee by EMI through ECS for a period of 12 months and although you had provided all the necessary cheques, the ECS form in the Client Document was not completely filled (your signature was missing). Our Representative has also informed us that he had tried to call you a couple of times to get the signatures on the respective pages but you were busy and unfortunately, the signature could not be obtained, leading to a delay in releasing your Medical Kit Box. Since it is in the policy of the company (and also mentioned in the Client document signed by you) that should the client opt to terminate the agreement, the Subscription fee (Rs.5,000.00) is not refundable.

              Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and understand that the policy restrains us from refunds in case of any terminations.

              Cryo - Save had just proved the correctness of proverb "Stich in time save Nine", I am happy that I have cancelled terms with you at very start as I am now sure that I would have definitely ended on wrong side this.

              Not sure if you have read my mail correctly.
              First, On my very first mail I have mentioned that "I have contacted Mr Ravi for my kits whereabout" and it was not Cryo-Save that contact me.
              Second, Your staff should have be trainied to get all the signature and complete formality at that very moment to avoid any delay.
              Third, Once I have contacted Mr Ravi for Kit it was then he mentioned me about ECS signature and he confirmed me that he will come on very same day(10th October) to get the signature, he never turned up. I should not say but your employee is lying that he called couple of times for signature.
              Fourth, If he couldn't come he could have updated us on same or request some one to collect on his behalf.

              I would request you guys to be more professional in accepting your mistake rather that pointing it to me. As far as Rs.5000 is concerned please add it to your profits as I know if this would have happened some European country, I would have registation free without asking.

              We have reviewed your concern posted, Our process does not permit to issue the Kit box without completion of proper documentation, it is been noted that there has been some delay in completing the documentation. Meanwhile, you decided to go ahead with the termination even though the collection was due only after a month.

              As per your request the registration was terminated and the cheques was sent to you on 10/11/2011 vide POD no: [protected].

              Regret any inconvenience caused to you in this regard and wish that we could serve you in the future.

              Is there even one company which is honest in India? Even the western companies which are transparent and honest in the west seem to get corrupted once they come to India. I feel sorry for Chetan.

              Cryo clearly admits it was a blunder on their side but still not pay back the money. They are charging for a service which they never provided. Any honest person or company would return it.

              Chetan, I wish you had approached Consumer Forum. I know for a meager sum it may not be worth the head-ache. But, at least, the names of such companies are dragged through mud and these companies would hire more committed people and customers are no longer cheated.

              All said and done it is not money, I hope you were able to preserve stem cells through some other company.

              There is no one you can tryst in this country.
              cryo-save collected the umbilical chord of my son on 21 nov 2013 at CMRI kolkata.In jan 2013 i came to know that the stem cell could not be preserved/stored due to presence of htlv-I and II in the specimen...ok...BUT why cryo-save already debited 4 ECS each 2119 RS...LAST ECS on jan 16.i contacted the sales executive TANDRIMA GHOSH and MANIK for the refund of money...they only gave excuses that will be taken care care of soon...though i contacted them on 15 jan...but still today neither money refunded nor any mail what so ever received...really frustrating...

                This company cryo save,banglore is into massive fraud. They charged me almost more than One Lakh rupees three years ago at the time of the birth of my child for stem cell services, which included preservation of the stem cells for 20 years. Now after three years, I have a need for the stem cell and I applied for it. For almost 30 days I have been pushed from one office to another and one representative to another. Now they inform me that the sample cannot be provided and they want me to take the one lakh money I paid 3 years ago and walk away. It is a total scam! I really believe they never stored the sample, and simply charged the money. As per their agreement there is "no guarantee" that they will produce the sample when needed, so I cannot go to consumer court also. All they are responsible for is to give the money back. If so, they can easily deposit the money in a bank for 3 years and never store a single sample, and if and when a sample is needed, they just return the money. Smart way of cheating!

                We have not received any request from our Clients so far for any release of sample in India and our pricing and agreement is very transparent. We would appreciate if you send us your Client ID number to enquire further if you are a genuine client of Cryo-Save.

                It is interesting what this person says. in 2012 Cryo-Save has had to stop its services in the USA and the French Government has stopped them from operating totally. This is a clear issue that this company is not good enough to operate in stem cell banking. The Cryo-Save India former medical director, and financial director and even the former CEO had to be removed for fraud. Surely the Delhi government should stop this company from operating in India and taking money from parents. There are other reputable companies who can store your stem cells in India, but Cryo-Save is not one of them. Beware! You can easily see the press releases of this company who are really based in Belgium. They are losing money all over the place and it is unlikely that they will be able to provide good services to anyone.
