[Resolved]  CVNaukri Pvt. Ltd. — Fraud

On 17.09.13 I have a call from cvnaukri Pvt. Ltd. Team for registration my c.v & the next day I registration with their telephonic guidance they said that times total charges will be 1600 & they deduct it after that they said Including Cover letter It will be 1600+100=1700 for that I then told them please cancelled my previous package & register with this one . if it is possible ..... and then they said I need some more registration for their ID generation and all the registration will be just only 1700 rupees . I believed them and follow the step by them over +91 [protected] & +91 [protected] phone number after that I see rupees 9854 deduct again from my account & then I call the first number +91 [protected] & told him my detail problem that Rupees 1600 not refund yet for my first registration and again deduct 1700 & 9854 , how I will refund my Money , Again they said you have to One more Registration for Refund Your Money , Again I fully believed them and follow his step , but result was same I was cheat again this time rupees 9900 Deducted on my account . Again I call the telephonic person of cvnaukri pvt.ltd & then he told me that is done due to some technical problem . and then he said you have to one more registration for Id generate to Refund your money , And again Rupees 3300 deduct on my account Without any Refund. My total deductable amount is Order No. 115901 Rupees - 3300.00 Order No 115882 Rupees - 9900.00 Order No. 115876 Rupees - 9854.00 Order No. 115870 Rupees - 1700 Order No. 115858 Rupees- 1600 Total = 26354 Rupees 26, 194 deducted from my Bank account as described below & 160 from my Mobikwik balance. They total deduct on my account 26,354 But I just want to buy their 1700 rupees package . Please refund my [protected]= 24, 654 rupees They cheat me Please help me what to do Regards Subhankar Kundu
