[Resolved] Cyber Cafe — Overcharge for download added with Net surfing | |
Sir/Madam, I live in Howrah. Few days back I have gone for Internet suffing which is near to my house. When I was downloading a software(Nokia PC suite) they asking for addition charge for downloading that software at a rate of Rs. 2/Mb. But I have refused to give this additional money. For that reasone they owner of that cafe abused with me, though I gave him Rs 20/- for 1 hr internet surfing which is actually Rs 15/- for 1 hr. Sir, I just wanted to know whether there is rule for charging this type of addition charge to download from Internet. Was this information helpful? | |

My phone connection number is[protected]. I have got the connections in July 2007 .But 90% of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 ro 3 complaints then the hone os fine for a day or 2 then again the same cycle .
