I am having a d mat A/cNo.[protected] with icicidirect.com. I am not able to operate/know my balance with the orgn. and have lost numerous trading opportunitites due to inefficiency of the bank. Now I suspect that there is some fraud. Everytime i attempt opening the A/c I get a message on my screen "password invalid - apply for a new one". This happens even when I try logging in with a new password received from Bombay office. I have visited Delhi office several times, no solution, have spoken to customer careon numerous occasions, haave written e-mails - no solution comes out. In case i suffer any loss due to any fraud, bank will be solely responsible.
