I do agree with your view . . now they are marketing for Daadys Elixir .. they are promising pocession by April 2010. . for sure they will not be able to give even before April 2014.. please think before pocessing you can see other properties in their layout which are still pending for more than 3 - 4 years.

This is noting. I booked house three years back and got possession only six month back. And after moving in relaized half of the things are not complete: Some are:
1) Telefone line is not connected. Bedroom and other rooms have fake point.
2) One of the toilet exit was not connected and we found only after two month when we used. To fix this they took another two months.
3) Hot water line was not connected, although I had paid extra for kitchen.
4) Paint color was wrong in one room.
5) Some of the eletrical point did not have any switch and some of the switch did not have anything to switch on/off.
Most of these things cant be fixed now, as finishing is done and Daadys are refusing to do this now.

i heard that this builder is not good and after taking money whatever they promised to do ...do not follow any thing. before taking money they will call u like dogs and after getting money they are worst.

This builder is at best avoided. People who are already stuck with this builder are really helpless. I have even heard that residents have filed a law suit against this builder.
This builder is providing worst kind of customer service to its owners. All his promises for amenities is just bogus. He has provided a huge list of amenities but they are just false promises. Forget about amenities, he is not providing a livable condition in its Daadys Garden project. There are open drains, water logging problem, security issue, problem of water seepage in the half the portion of layout, issue with sewage treatment plant where residents have to live with foul smell day in and day out.
Don't listen to anyone who says this builder is good. He probably might be his employee or owning some property and want to sell it to unaware buyers.

Reaching Daady's Southbourg is a big big challenge. Check out the road condition and the pedestrians walking on the pot filled road.

this builder is one big rogue and he is a shameless guy.The director Mr.Boby has no control over his marketing people.I got one vila which i booked in 2005 and its aganist my actual construction plan.In 2007 somehow we compromised not to file case aganist this builder bcos of the need of the villa.We told the builder to do the construction but later this guy started demanding more money and later in 2008 i filed a case aganist this builder.Please i beg the innocent people not to get trap with this buggers.Its better to stay in a rented house rather then buying a house with this builder.
Daddy's Elixir is handled by other set of good management team. and the project is completed as agreed - i went and visited three week back.. flooring and carpentering was completed. I think it is available any time for possion. This set of management team is commited to regain consumer confidence i was said.
Before you pay the money they seem to be reasonable guys.. but once booked... you will have to chase for getting appt/villas/ complete...
All these years not a single thing is delivered before atleast 4 times what they promise villa 6-8 month deilvered in 2.6 yrs
No quality control, after occupation you will find many things not completed and you have run after them...
poor craftmanship.
No Integrity... rogue fellows.
Totally unprofessional behaviour no keenness to complete job on time and quality.

You will realize when we all will gets new date and once take possession will suffer from poor quality on delivery...

I regret that I purchased... in Daadys Olive & Elixir as I was onsite... and couldn't checked personally as refered by existing person who hided all such details :-(( must be builder employee staying there... and so got cheated by there promises... WISH I would have read there comments earlier...
Now seeing MYSELF last week... no proper amenities available for Phase 1 & 2, open drains, bad roads, all roads open to villagers, no compounding in Phase 1 (just some temporary pillars & wires) ?? broken Phase 2 gate..., No waste management for 50 acres area... adhoc management via dumping in a place and collection..., pooooor approach road.
Garbage... surrounds approach Lake :-((
and also whatever tennis, basketball, water filled amphitheater... is of poor quality
No sure how residents are coping with all such underdevelopment from so many years... I dont intend to move... and would like to sell, but doubts if I will find any buyers...

Lets for a online committee.I feel together we can file a case against the builder and get our concerns addressed.
hi everybody, i have gone through the complaints.Because of this complaints i postpond my purchase in daadys because i had visited there Southbourg project 3 months back and i have seen lot of draw backs but last week again i come for the visit and i am bit impressed their efforts of getting out from all the drawbacks.
So i am proceeding with Daadys for purchasing a villa over here.

Hi i purchased a Flat is Elixir Now. the First phase of the Project is completed as per their commented date and time. this project is handled by set for professional and delivery capable team. So i do not why woo and cry.. without understanding the actual state of current situation .. - i am impressed with Daddy's Elixir.. and guy's involved
