[Resolved] DAADYS Builders — Worst after sales service | |
This builder has the worst after sales service, the sales person becomes like the owner of the whole project. They are like dogs untill you buy any villa they will call frequently like a dog removing there tongue outside once the deal is over they dont even care who you are. Luckily I didnt fall prey of their sites. I am just warning people not to make a deal with such persons as they are very much hungry of money, I came to know they also started selling land near lake which is governments property. Hi,
I am really disagree with your words, i too agree they delayed to give a posession on the said date but there service is good and product quality is good. I dont know with whom u have interacted but the marketing people now are really good and co operative in all the things.
I suggest if any one wants to buy a villa r a flat plz dnt listen to such mails, ur investing in a right place. good luck...

They promised security - a gated community, UPS and many more.
They hhave still not settled with basic needs - Pure water, Good Sanitation, Gated Community and security.
On 1rst Jan 2010, there were 3 house thefts on same day!
Please think before you buy a property.

i do agree that smthing still lacking like club house and swimming pool but i am happy with seccurity (they appointed new group called "handiman"), sanitation, preventive measures for water logging etc.
They have done a good job for beautifying the project .And project Olive(i have booked recently)looks very nice and they used very quality items as well. Because my friend is in construction field told me the materials and fittings are used by very quality one only.

Even i do agree wat u said, initially when i went to see the project i was impressed with the security level wat they have. After enquiring regarding project i came to know tat there was an delay but tats not a huge factor as many builders will do the same, our major requirement was a quality and after seeing tat m quite happy with the quality wat they r providing. Club house is under construction and i hope tat they wil give soon.
I am planning to buy villa in roost, after checking out wit lawyers abt documents i wil book it, as of todays status the document is almost clear.

The builder is a Fraud and rowdy... Please be careful while you deal with Daadys... Suggest talk to any random 5 to 10 current residents before u invest in Daadys...

Site which was sold to me one year back is pledged to SBOP for loan and clearance letter not being provided for last two months despite reminders and followups. Totally unprofessional attitute - do not pick phone and respond mail / sms.

hi rahul, i am ajith and i bought site no.336, the rate was 2300 per sft.and now everything going fyne.The parks, and tarring work in progress.Sewage treatment plant also completed.Now it is recommended project.
Their after sales service is worst. I guess the staffs are screwing up the builders. Marketing people are nice and they respond. But once the project goes in the hand of contactors, you are at their mercy. They are very arrogant and you will have to run behind them to get response. What builder does is to simply outsource the project to contractors. Even though you will notice branded material you will not like the work done. In my house I have seens cracks, water seepage problem, uneven tile and many more things.
Owner of the group (Bobby) has careless attitude. he will never respond to your phone and email. Only time he will respond to you if you threaten to cancel the deal.
In last 5 years, he has not completed club house and still does not commit. He went bankrupt recently and in all the meetings he kept saying "I have no money to complete it."
He also pledged the sites to Patiala bank and sold it to people illegally. Not trustworthy at all. I would suggest even if you have to pay more somewhere else, do that. Do not deal with these people.
Those who are in support of the bulders are most likely their near ones. Many of the residents are from his native place and they have good bonding among themselves.

Only thing i can help you out is dont leave your peace of mind, once you give the amount you can see all the miseries in your life, life becomes painful and sorrow you need to go around the builder which he never keep the promises and you loose your money unable to get the deposited amount and dont know the path to come out of this problem still you have dare enjoy the challenge, thrilling and lot of exposure with courts and lawyers sure next time you will become perfect before buying any property
I came to know there is lot of litigations in the projects which is motgaged by the banks and he did n't pay money to those banks, so banks pasted papers claiming that property is of HUDCO bank and consumers who took properties in the layout are suffering with this kind of issues and there is no ethics to this builders and never will return your money once it went to his hands
There are many stories to tell but i think if you are wise enough to understand and keep away with this properties

Can any one body tell the status of roost as of now? i would like to buy a villa there. if the property is mortgaged, how are the nationalised banks funding the loans? please advise
please advise status of roost as of now. how are nationalised banks lending loans if there are issues with land?
As i Came to know they are few plots in roost which are under legal issues (In court). Its better you can invest money some where else. while buying the plot Daadys builder will create problem, later Daadys welfare association is creating problems to the residents. As per my knowledge only ICICI is funding loans to the Roost.
i am planning to buy a plot in Daady's roost. Can anyone tell me if there is any litigation problem involved in Roost ?
