[Resolved] Damro — Defective Furniture | |||
Hi I have bought Dinning set from DAMRO on 15th July ( having bill for same date ) but when they delivered the dinnig table , it was defected, I told this to DAMRO exective and he came and saw the defects and agreed that they will replace the whole table in 10 days. Now it is been around 35 days and they have not replaced it and still when I checked with them today they said it will take 10 days more. I have been very frustrated now from DAMRO. I have the bill when I bought the Tbale on 15 July and on back DAMRO exective has written and signed that they are going to replace the table. I have complained so many times but no response from anybody in Bangalore still now
