I had purchased a sofa from Damro on 12/12/2024. Within a few months o[censored]se, the sofa started sagging significantly, indicating poor product quality.
I raised a complaint to Damro, and they sent a technician to inspect it. The technician claimed that the sofa was in good condition, despite visible sagging. Dissatisfied with this response, I raised the issue again. This time, a technician was sent who added additional foam to the sofa — which altered the original design and quality of the product.
The issue reoccurred after a few months. Once again, I raised a complaint, and the company picked up the sofa for rectification. However, after some time, the same sagging issue reappeared, showing that the problem was never resolved permanently.
I filed another complaint, and yet again, the same technician was sent. As in earlier visits, he insisted that the sofa was “good, ” without addressing the actual concern.
This repeated back-and-forth has been mentally exhausting, and the product continues to show defects in quality, structure, and durability — which are not expected from a reputed brand like Damro.
It is clear that the product is either inherently defective or not built to expected standards. The repeated repairs have ruined the original form of the sofa, and I am no longer willing to accept temporary fixes or dismissive responses.
