I am the first customer of Kanpur DAMRO showroom my order no is SOKNP22-23/2 ordered on 02-08-22 .my complaint is for bad quality of my wardrobe the Doors are bend, parts of the wardrobe are broken specially corners . As the product is expensive but the company is not giving good quality.

I have ordered glory recliner sofa set (3+2r) on december 27th 2019 in damro kukatpally branch hyderabad. It has to be delivered in feb 1st week as promised by company sales executive.in spite of multiple reminders from january 2020 still it is not delivered. Every time when i call sales executive and manager they will say product is in container, will reach nellore warehouse in 3 days and will deliver to you in 7 days. They failed to keep their promises two times and when i spoke to branch manager today he is saying still the product is in container and it will take around 7 to 10 days from now. I am totally vexed with these false promises or they inability to deliver to the product on time to customer. I totally disappointed with this and want to cancel my order and want my money back.

I had placed an order in damro store (Marathahalli, bangalore) on date: 15jan, 2020 with order id mar1920so2510ka for rs25130.
I was told that i will get the product by 17jan, 2020.
On 16jan, 2020, i got a call from damro store that my ordered item is not available in their warehouse. So, i asked for refund of my money. This was agreed between the store and me. And store told me to refund my amount within 3-4 days. Today is 22jan, 2020, and i have not received my refund.
My numerous calls to the store is unanswered.
I want my money back from damro.

I bought one dinning table (Meolee 1+4), bill receipt no 5623c dated 04/01/19 from damro showroom vellore and am so disappointed with the quality of the table. The showroom authorities while buying said that the glass is been fixed to the table leg via laser welding and it is strong. But after one month o[censored]sage the leg seems to get detached from the glass. I enquired with the showroom authorities and they are claiming that it was said before that all the glass tables which we get at damro are "fancy items", if you want a table to last for a longer period you should buy the wood one and not the glass one. The table costed around 16900/-

We purchased 3+2 seater reclyne sofa for 1lakh. We informed to damro on sofa damage due to poor and pathetic leather within 6months. But they took for service instead of replace the poor quality item. Again we have observed peeled stiches and tored leather at few places. After frequent complaints, they took for service by assuring (I. E service will be done by use geniune leather material. But even after few months sofa in bad shape. Mean...

I am regular customerof damro. I purchased more than 4 laks in both show rooms. Now i need to purchase small wall display unit cost is 1040. Both showroom staffs are worst response. Showrooms in coimbatore.

Hi I have bought Dinning set from DAMRO on 15th July ( having bill for same date ) but when they delivered the dinnig table , it was defected, I told this to DAMRO exective and he came and saw the defects and agreed that they will replace the whole table in 10 days.

Now it is been around 35 days and they have not replaced it and still when I checked with them today they said it will take 10 days more. I have been very frustrated...
