[Resolved]  das enterprise — PNB bank misplace the DD

We have sold a laptop to the customer .He was given the SBI D.D. for the payment .We depaosited the D.D. in our company account branch of PNB in kharagpur. The bank staff misplaced the D.D. somewhere .He was unable to find the D.D. Finally the branch manager given a letter to mentioned that they have misplace the D.D. Then we called the customer & submit the letter for claim a new D.D. . But the customer's working company IOCL financial Head told to him that he will calim for new D.D after six months . Once D.D. validity time expires ,how can they apply for a New D.D. . The laptop delivered the customer already . The six months also over . Please if anybody know's how can i will get the money . Help me

das enterprise — cheating by just dial services

We were registered in Just Dial Services on the 18/05/2009 . At the time of registration the Just Dial Services received a cheque amounting to Rs. 2758/- from us and this is the subscription for three months and the agreement between us and the Just Dial Services was, ' we have to pay Rs. 919 /- per month by ECS from our Axis Bank Account by every 16th of each month' . The first ECS was cleared on the 16/06/2009.

But now we are not satisfied by the service provided by the Just Dial Services . They assured us to provide genuine leads to sell our products to the individuals as soon as they get the quary from the individuals . We were given the first lead on the 29th May with one lead, then leads were received by us are as follows: 30th May 04 leads
31st May 01 lead
01st June 04 leads
02 June 01 leads
04 June 01 leads
08 June 02 leads
13 June 01 leads
17 June 01 leads
24 June 01 leads

This Table shows that we got better leads count in the first week of the start of the service and then after it has become irregular. More over, the leads offered by the agency from the 13th june are false leads which are harassing us as well as the persons whose names are sent to us through the given leads . The agency has realised three months subscriptions from us at a time and till date a further one month's subscription is realised from ECS from our account without fullfilling their service to us . Hence, now it is to us that the agency has taken three month's subscription at a time with an intention to not to serve properly but the money will be forwarded to their account .

Now we have decided to discontinue the ECS and stop payment . And a judgement is sought for from your end to stop such type of cheating.
