I brought an emergency back-up light (Make:Panasonic) from DASS Kothrud in July-2008. But after 3-4 months the light was able to provide stand-by light for only 1/2 hr. The lighy was taken to the showroom & it got me repaired back after 2-3 weeks. Again now in May-09, the same problem arised. The DASS showroom Manager was not able to solve the problem. What is the use of such stand-by light which is not stays more than 20 mins. I am having one kid & also my wife is pregnant. I asked the Manager to provide temporary substitute for stand-by light till it gets repairs but he denied. He told that the light will get repair within 2 days & it will be home delivered. But after 4 days i received the phone that it is repaired & to collect it from showroom. This is the worst service given by DASS Kothrud. So i appeal not to purchase anything from DASS showrooms.
