[Resolved]  Data Card — AccessDenied

Sir,
I am happy that you sent me a letter regarding 3 access routes, but the very first route the relationship manager bluntly rejected my call to cell saying the office timings are closed. I am your customer for netconnect withTel no.[protected] but the accsess to net is denied though i have paid bill upto April and may bill due date is 24-05-08. Now i have decided to close your services and switch to TATA indicom. Your relationship manager Venkannababu does not care for customer and do not oblige. When i said i have to complaint against you, he said you can and i do not bother. I have been paying you on data card net connect since 4 months without using . You can verify my payments. Now I am annoyed, we are business people and the data card is at puttur. You can close my account.
