[Resolved]  Data Card — complain for data card is not working properly

dear sir,
I bought a reliance data card on 10.072009.I bought a plan of 2495, 2 month subscription.Yet the time isn't over but it is working too bad.speed is too low and I can't work propeoly with it my data card no. is [protected].I[censored] have any information about it then please give me information about it at no.[protected].
I shall be fully obliged if you will do this.Thank you...

Data Card — excess bill & not receive itemised bill

DEAR SIR ;I REQUEST IN THE MONTH OF SEPT FOR ITEMISE BILL, BUT YET I DID NOT RECEIVE SAME, MANY TIMES LODGE COMPLAIN THROUGH MAIL, IN CUSTOMER CARE AS AS WEEL IN RELIANCE OFFICE, THEY ARE SENDING EVERY MONTH EXCESS BILL, INSPITE OF MY LOW USAGESMY DATA CARD NO [protected]

Data Card — inefficiency and lack of knowledge among dealer and the customer care executives

Hi,
I bought a data card on 1/02/2009 from a dealer in nelamangala, Bangalore.i paid rupees 2499 for the data card.and also i recahrged for 299 rupees as told by the dealer that i would get unlimited access and downloading for the next 30 days.It so happened that just after initially using for 2hrs my connection went off.i tried to access several times but could not.i phoned up to the dealer he said he would get it right in 2 hrs but no relief was found.i would have called the dealer atleast 30 times for the next 3 days but no solution.i even called to the reliance customer care several times for three days non of the customer care executives given differant reasons and various solutions but non worked.The dealer told me a executive would come and resolve the problem at my address even did not turn up.it was only on 4/02/2009 that customer executives got an idea of what was actually wrong.the problem was i had to recharge an additional of 50 rupees along with the initial 299rs.which the dealer did not tell me.i had negative balance because money was getting cut the first dayi was using the net for 2 hrs or so.therefore i had to recharge for 100 rupees and get the problem resolved after 4 days of ordeal with reliance people.

poor knowledge and lack of committment from both the dealer and the reliance executives is the main cause.i have lost 4 days the company should extend the date of my one unlimited browsing and downloading for 4 days
Kinldy request to consumer forum, get the Justice to the abover customer.

Data Card — connection unavailable

I took a connection from the sahara mall outlet on hte 12th of april. I had provided my office address as the billing address and left the proofs there accordingly. They have not been collected yet. From last Friday I get an error 721 that the remote modem is not responding. Its is extremely irritiating to face this for no fault of mine.

with due respect i earnestly request you to take a step for the connection of my data card.i am a citizen of batanagar, kol140. there is not enough tower which is showing in my data card . as a result i am not getting the proper speed by the card . please do something that i get the proper speed in my data card.

Data Card — speed of downloading 1.4 kb

i have purchased airtel data card 3G 7-8 months back i live at vijay park in delhi, i am facing immense trouble with downloading speed its just 1.4 kb/sec , i feel company is not working according to its image ,please resolve my problem quickly ,,,,,,otherwise i have no option other than switch over this insulting service......my no is [protected] ,,, relationship no[protected]...my plan 999

Data Card — not terminating or making prepard

My data card no. [protected] I have payed all amount . 28 July 2010 I have sumitted terminating form . I have so fed off with your coustmer care who called me . It happen in moring they sayed it have been terminated, with in 5 minute call came to me that their is request of to converted to prepared and he made to active . if I am not interested with your data card why I should I have to Rs 1500 Monthly please kinly take action . If any bill come I kown what to do. This my last and final point .After 5 year you sent me the bill. I have proof . it will come on new paper with head line.

Data Card — excess wrong billing

i am user of relaince data card and i requested to shift my tariff plan from 3 GB day & night to 15GB night-8 GB day. I got confirmation by email and sms on feb 8 2011 that my plan is changed from 7/03/2011 to 15GB-day/8GB -night, and I will be charged monthly rental of Rs 552 for the same. I got shocked when they sent me a bill of Rs.3500/- for the period 7/03/2011 to 7/04/2011 which should be Rs 552 as per my tariff plan. I contacted relaince call centre but they refused to do any thing. I am a medical student and I opted the above plan as they told me that it is for student. They gave me confirmation/activation code also. My data card relaince no is [protected]. kindly help as i am not able to pay this huge amount Rs 3500 and i am not able to use the internet facility which is hamepring my studies.

With reference to the above mention subject we here by regret to inform to you that now this is confirm that vodafone is making cheat in billing of we had already written (inform to you about higher price) to you previously at the same we was suspected but now it is confirm that you are making cheating to the people. The summery are as follows :

We here by inform to you that we had already disconnected the Data Card on 27th October even though we were discontinue to use the Said card. How it is possible for using the Data card which is locked in cupboard. We here by inform to you that we will file a litigation with consumer forum against this invoice and we will not pay any amount to you kindly note the same.
