this company must say clear at the time of selling their software about their slow and poor services.
1. I am also agree by my experience(as many of friends) that this company is not giving regular update as for insurance news and helping for market strategy to help LIC agents.
2. I find also that this software is not working after modifying the amounts in their magic plans presentation portion.
3. Their language pack is also very poor standardized for hindi language and also not working with most features of the softwares.
I will say to them to understand their customer and give them services, while they are not justifying their purchasing and renewal charges. Was this information helpful? |
