this company must say clear at the time of selling their software about their slow and poor services.
1. I am also agree by my experience(as many of friends) that this company is not giving regular update as for insurance news and helping for market strategy to help LIC agents.
2. I find also that this software is not working after modifying the amounts in their magic plans presentation portion.

asking to renew warranty compulsory as i am not able to use software without activation code

I have purchased LIC software on my wife's name NIKITA Y KUMBHARE in 2008, after one year this company taken constant followup to renew the warranrty in 2009. I did not renew the warranty in 2009 but I got the activation code to continue to use my software without paying amt.
My PC was formatted especially C drive in 2010. LIC data backup taken only on c drive. so all data lost, to enter all information...
