[Resolved]  Dataone Broadband — Not able to check

i am not getting some websites such as G mail, Orkut, mca.gov.in, etc...

I am not able to access websites like G mail, orkut, mca.gov.in, Etc through your broad band conncetion

Some times, I am not able to check my data usage of dataone. when i go to check account usage link. then no Page opens for a long time & gives an error message "Page Cannot Shown". It is very unfortunate, I just don't expect this kind of service from bsnl. Pls, solve the problem quickly, and oblige.

I am not able to view my dataone usage account and change password. I have contacted the local authorities but they are not able to solve the same. The toll free no. 1500 given by you for broand band users is never picked up. Please give me the solution & hope it will not remain as a complain in records but it will be solved fast

I got the user name and password of mail.bsnl.in. I want to check my internet usage of dataone.
When i try to enter same user name and password of mail.bsn.in, its not working.
Can any one provde me detail where i get the user name and password of dataone.com
I tried to call toll free no of bsnl. No one replying on that no.
Its very difficult to interact with the bsnl perople.
Please provide me mail id so that i can get user name and password.

I have got a connection 2 days back but i want to change to user id and password immediately.

I am not able to check my data usage of data one. when i go to check account usage link. like is blank & no Page opens.pl z solve the problem quickly...i also have a problem, most of the times the internet connection does not exist.when we try to connect the broad band connection, the LAN connection, and the DSL lights glows, but most of the times the internet light does not glows and we got the message of " the remote computer is not access, can u plse sent why the problem exist, plze solve my problem soon.

useless people are working in bsnl men power rating is zero

sir;actually if i going to search for my internet usage .they were reqesting for user id and password. if itype that .they were saying you have entered wrong user id or password but ther bsnl workers had gave this password only. why icant sign in

I bought a new broadband service scheme – RS.750 (unlimited plan) during last month July 08. Now I’m facing lot and lots of problems in using this service, i.e.
• Internet service is not stable, often gets disconnected.
• No response from customer care even I complained them more than 10 times. (complaint no:[protected]
• Accessing speed is very slow. I am getting only 8 kbps instead of 256 kbps.
• I got response like this from the person who installed my modem
“ IN THIS PLAN WE CANNOT DO MORE THAN THIS AND WE DID OUR BEST, I[censored] NEED BETTER SERVICE CHANGE THE PALN”
• Even I complained Divisional engineer of Kathivakam telephone exchange but I didn’t get any response
I was totally disappointed of this BSNL broadband service. I don’t know where to complaint to get proper service. Even many people are complaining regarding this service. Finally I hope you will step forward this issue to rectify the above board band problems.

Am a limited account user and am unable to check my usage which is causin me a big problem over ithe usage

I am also facing same problem as many of subscribers.Entering id and password not getting my usage account.
