[Resolved] DDA — No Dues Certificate

Ramesh Kumar gupta File no -LO[protected]/RO/NP Property Address - F-4/58 Sec -15 Rohini Delhi 89 Sir As per scheme of DDA PENALTY RELIEF SCHEME 2007 the demand raised was 169261=00 INR and i deposited the same with the DD no 967867 in the favour of DDA dated 4/12/07 in DDA Delhi 23. I made a request by the application dated 20/12/07 to kindly give me the no dues certificate. After submiting the application i visited the DDA office several times but of no avail. As per scheme of DDA PENALTY RELIEF SCHEME 2007 I have deposit all the money to dda on 27.12.2007 with self assessment form, inadvertently deposited the payment in ordinary challan form instead of blue penalty relief scheme 2007 form
now I have recivied on letter from your deppt. that show to deposit Rs 78981 for penalty payment
Please note that I have already deposited all the balance payment of 3.03, 400.00 under above scheme
I would requiest you to please forworad this case to AO dwarka for their review ans waving off this penalty amount
a request by the application dated 18/01.2010 to kindly give me the no dues certificate. After submiting the application i visited the DDA office several times but of no avail. So Sir it is my humble request to kindly help me so that i can procure the no dues certificate from DDA.
