I, am owner of House no-1, N-1/1008, Narmada Apartment, Pocket-6, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. In my neighborhood Mr. Anjay Pathak bought flat no N-1/164. Illegal construction is being done forcibly for above said flat extension by Mr Anjay Pathak.
- The construction work of bathroom is being done illegally by closing the sever line duct. Due to the closure of sever line duct, the pipeline will get chocked, in such as situation it will not be possible to get the repair work done.
- The construction work of the room is being done by putting slabs on the flat on the outside. Illegal construction in this manner will result in excessive load on one side of the tower. By such way likely to damage the tower.
- RAW has also been asked many times to stop the construction; they also stop the construction work. But again the illegal construction work is started by Pathak ji.
- The photographs of the illegal construction work being done by Mr Pathak is being provided to you.

You are kindly requested to stop the above illegal construction work with immediate effect.
