Respected Sir,
I am Sunil Mehtwa R/o flat No-731, Block A, pocket 1B, Sector A1 to A4 (Narela Delhi)
Sir, DDA had hand over the flat key to me on 23/04/2024 after finishing the flat.
But water bill come from 12/01/2023 to 26/03/2025 of Rs.10325/-
As per Delhi govt rule 20000 liter water is free.
1)Than why water bill made from 12/01/2023 to 23/04/2024 if flat is not hand over, or water not used at that time.
2) why did not water bill generated on every month after 23/04/2024 and deliver to customer.
3) why did not consider the water bill under 2000 liter water free scheme .
Sir,
I request you, please check and send correct the water bill to us.

I have paid water bill twice one in Sep 2024 (Rs 731.80) and another in Nov 2024 (Rs 1493.80) for account DDASZ1A00BC3366. It does not show up in DDA water bill account. Payment were made via HDFC netbanking. The amount is deducted already from account. Can you please update the amount else the new bill keep accumulating old amount.?...

My flat is vacant since allotment, having no electricity or water meter and never consumed water at this flat, but still a bill of Rs.1, 24, 600/- has been sent by DDA. I have lodged a complaint at Chief Engineer's office, Mangla Puri, Dwarka, Delhi Office. However, no action has been taken by the concerned department.

I request to kindly arrange to waive off the bill as it is without any logic/against any usage of water.

Hi my flat no is C-I-302, and water CA no is DDANZ0009933, where i have already paid Rs 810 in October 2023, then i got another high water bill in Noveber Rs 1574, means in Rs 255 per month on average which is very high. kindly look into this matter and advice on the same

THERE HAS BEEN SOME ILLEGAL ACTIVITES IS taking place LIKE prostitution, DRUGS, abusement to public by security and private contractor person IN DDA PARKS ( LOCATION- Sanjay park, M3MW+HCM, Mangolpuri Industrial Area Phase II, Phase 2, Pocket A, Industrial Area, Mangolpuri, Delhi, 110034 ), some private security guards and private contractor men support this activities, , ( i am giving you securtiy name - LAL JEET and private contractor men - bijender ... ( they even did not show their id )

I made payment for registration for FCFS. The amount was debited from my bank however the status shows failed.

Payment Date - 30/11/2023
Amount - ₹ 2500

I also sent email to [protected]@dda.org.in/ [protected]@gmail.com on 30-Nov, 23 still no response.
Kindly provide refund...

I have already paid Rs.1307.00 ( after penalty Rs 1372.) .on 12.07.2023 on line and received the acknowledgement from ( DDA ) WATER Transaction ID
OCWTWO[protected]. But this amount is wrongly mentioned
In this month bill .
I am paying regularly .there is no default from my side in paying the water bill.
Please rectify the mistake.

The DDA park in pratap nagar, Hari Nagar is filled with Garbage. There is no cleaning happening even though a SDMC park adjacent to it is very clean. Please take action

Sh. Rajeshwar Parsad Sinha was allotted DDA flat 319, pocket 4, SECTOR-A-10, Narela, New Delhi by letter dated whereas flat was handed over along with water connection on[protected]. The water bill ( bill no: 72990) was calculated from the date of allotment instead of[protected]. Further, I am enclosing receipt dated September 2022 which conclusively proves that the water bill was cleared till[protected]. The current bill dated 10-aug-2023 for 18, 429 includes partial outstanding till[protected]. In view of the aforesaid, the entire bill may reworked from date of providing water connection i.e.[protected] and not from the date of allotment June-1997 and any outstanding bill till[protected] should not be considered.

Park near Gate 1 of Malakshmi park near my gate number 1 of Mahalaxmi Apartment block bg6 Paschim Vihar is in a shabby and dirty condition. we would appreciate immediate cleaning

I am writing to you today to express my deep concern regarding the cleanliness of our DDA Society. As a concerned citizen, I have noticed that the level of cleanliness in our Society has deteriorated significantly in recent months. This situation is not only unsightly but also poses a serious health hazard to our residents.
I am deeply saddened by the pathetic condition of the park behind us which become a garbage dumping ground. The photos attached to this request are clear evidence of the pathetic condition of the park. I am aware that the municipal board has a responsibility to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our Society and their park.
However, it is also important for us to take responsibility for our environment. We must work together to keep our streets, parks, and public spaces clean and free from litter and garbage.
Furthermore, I urge you to consider implementing a long-term plan to maintain cleanliness in our Society. This could include regular clean-up drives, stricter enforcement of littering laws, and educating the public on the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
In our endeavors to keep our area clean & and green, request your kind self to issue necessary orders/instructions to the concerned department to clean the park behind our house and make it a green area. I also commit to providing wholehearted….. For plantation & and maintenance of the park

My complaint about the park which is become an illegal parking for cars, auto, and tempo it’s located in U block Near Pankaj gas agency Gali no 3 . It’s dda park allotted to public for sitting but some people make it parking for this cars it’s too dangerous for us . Coz late night it’s become a place for smokers and drinker . Plz check

In this month the water bill is higher than previous month and the rate of water is 145 RS per month . Please look into this and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

What kind of services are being provided by your end?
I did a registration for online housing scheme 2023 and when i am trying to do apply here, button is not working.

do you guys really care about people applying here or just wanted to take registration charges and then making a fool of the people

this is really pathetic services from your end and just looking you want to get only registration charges and no services to the user.

I have been allotted consumer id DDANZ0017981 for my water bill generated by water cell, North zone DDA in respect of my flat no 122, A1, Siraspur, presently the consumer ID is showing invalid as a result i cannot register or pay the water bill online

Footpath repair was done in front of the Divya CGHS & other CGHS in sector 10, Dwarka. Piles of the leftover building material and stubble have been left in the service lane in front of Divya CGHS, plot number 21, sec-10 Dwarka near Pratibha vidyaltya. This leads to difficulty in commuting on the service lane and has lead to two wheelers slipping and falling down. A student riding a bicycle injured himself a couple of days back when his bicycle slipped on the rubble. There are also unlevelled gaps left over for sewer manholes which have lead to accidents. Kindly attend to it ASAP so that no one gets hurt anymore and the taxpayers get worth their while and not feel duped.

Bill no-1027464 for water charges were paid on 11th March 2023 received through UPI to DDA at 7:00 PM marked as dda.[protected]@hdfcbank but still these charges along with late payment charges added in this month water charges bill.

Request you to adjust this amount in future water bills along with late payment charges added against mine no.
