[Resolved]  DDA — illegal construction in DDA flats

Hi, This is to bring in notice of all DDA official who look after tha unauthorised construction and then take corrective actions In Mrs Khullar House no 68C, Pocket E GTB Enclave Dilshad Garden Delhi-93, they house members actively participatiing unauthorised construction in the balcony area which belongs to the owner of House no 68B, Pocket E GTB Enclave Dilshad Garden Delhi-93-Mrs Kusum Khurana.

This is been done without the permision of the owner which is an illegal act and a punichable offence.
If any DDA official has courage to come and visit this place they will come to know how this is being done,
Pls look into this genuine plea.

Pls take an action for the same, if done so it would be highly appreciated.

DDA turns a blind eye after some cash exchange hands. Same is true Pocket F, Sheikh Sarai phase 1. Unauthorised construction is taking place in flat no 28 and public land was upsurped. Flat no 1 has already done it and now others are following. Its a shame that DDA is full of corrupt officials who just would look the other way after you pay them. Let the colony go to dogs.

Hi, This is to bring in notice of all DDA official who look after tha unauthorised construction and then take corrective actions .In Dwarka, Pocket -1, Phase - 2, Sector -13 there is lot of illegal construction is going on . People are constructing walll on their Balcony so that they get some extra space (Flat no 309).Concerned autuorities please look into this as it is making planned area into an unplanned one..Same thing is also happening in Pahse -1 of this Pocket.

Hello isr it me purab kashyap and i want to put two complaints regarding DDA Flats of Khirki Village
1.) The road or the streets in the DDA Flats are not recording to the road and the water stay there in streets and this is causing flue like Fever and cough and this in the DDA Flats. and the parks which are in DDA Flats are not in the form to take a walk, sit with kids and there are big mouse in park who live under the groundof parks.

2.) Please make the gates on the border of DDA Flats khirki village because the people living in khirki gaon are not allowing the people of DDA Flats khirki village to enter from that gate which is in front of District Court and Select City mall .

3.)the people of khirki gaon have maken the building in the DDA Flats boundries and they come very easily in the DDA Flats to went to their home which is in khirki Gaon.

Or you Should make a footpath in the front gate of khirki gaon because that is the main road of District Court, Select City Mall and Metro Enclave

Please do take action on both topics as soon as possible and you should come as soon as possible in DDA Flats Khirki Village and have meeting with all o[censored]s

This is about most corrupted JE of DDA u hav heard abt..Mr tilak sharma, JE in stadiums, residence of A-45, New Anand vihar, Ghaziabad has crores of propert against his name in Noida, ghaziabad, indiprapuram, greater noida despite he dsnt have any background to support...thu on him...
some one please take action against him..get his job away..put him under inquirey...

In Janta flats, south enclave, dakshinpuri, DDA there are huge number of illegal constructions being carried out in this area and DDA persons along with local cops are taking bribe to allow them.They are making fourth floor or fifth floor in DDA.
If any DDA official has courage to come and visit this place they will come to know how this is being done. This illegal construction has completely change the naksha of DDA area and the day is very near when the same people will fight with each other for way, light and air.
If something can be done before any serious damage would be highly appreciated.
