SUBJECT- Heavy Commercial activity and major unauthorized construction ,in Residential DDA Janta Flats, at Shivalik Road, Panchsheel park, Near “C” Block Shivalik ( Malviya Nagar)

Its a story of Delhi’s power full land mafia, these One room with one bathroom and small space for kitchen, ( Total covered area approx. 150 Sq. Ft.)Janta Flats allotted to very poor or we say EWS section of our society by DDA, and after that ,few influential people buy these flats at throwaway prices even as cheap as Rs. One lacs, 50 thousand per unit, and made huge and massive illegal, unauthorized construction and convert these one rooms 150 Sq. ft. Flat in to 800 to 1000 Sq. ft. large commercial offices, selling with value of 1 0r 2 crores, and run full fledge commercial activities , because of prime location and posh Panchsheel park addressee , even entire Delhi was sealed , no one sealed these flats ,MCD people settle monthly protection money from people who run commercial activity and doing illegal construction ,
Here we demand a fresh inspection and survey, and sealed all illegal commercial activity here and immediately demolished unauthorized portion of these flats, these illegal construction are open invitation to a major disaster in case of earthquake, because DDA plan and made Foundation only for double story one room flats, not for heavy commercial offices, second heavy commercial activity in a residential complex cause heavy Neocene to other occupants and cause of heavy traffic jams, becuse of illegal commercial activities
Here I mention some flats no. which are very prone to accident is are Flat No. 11, Flat No, 12, flat no. 21, 22, 23 ,24, 25, 26, and flat no. 31, 32, 33, 34, all they do major unauthorized construction , and run commercial activity
