[Resolved]  Dda / Mcd — complaint against Encroachment

Sir,
I sushil kumar R/o wz 48 khyala village new delhi 110018, india.I am the owner of a property addressed N-36, vishnu garden, new delhi near peer baba mandir near main khyala Raod. Their is a huge piece of land measuring almost 1000 Sq. yards adjacent to the south of my property, which according to my knowledge is the property of DDA/MCD and had been left vaccant for the public use.

This land is affected my the master plan of delhi as a road had been proposed connecting outer ring road (starting from keshopur DTC bus depot-830 bus terminal khyala) to Ring raod (Raghubir nagar 857 terminal-shivaji college)

A group o[censored]nidentified people had been trying to Encroachment the land adjacent to their plot.We make a written complaint to various department such as 'Commissioner- MCD' / 'secretary to LG of delhi' / 'Commissioner of police,Delhi' / 'DC- (west) old school building Rampura delhi 35 / Land and revenue dept and the secretary to CMO of delhi sending them the photocopies of necessary documents and our pray by register post which were attended by local police and they took a written statement and collected the documents related to the property,which resulted in timely relief, and the construction work was stopped then and their. the occupier had tried to raise the stairs and construct balcony(chajja)on the land of DDA/ MCD/ Flood and its remains are still standing.

Now we had noticed that they are planning to capture the land again as they have dumped a lot of construction material near my house.the vaccant land is already in their capture .
The structure of our property( N-36, vishnu garden) is about 30/35 yrs old and is in weak condition and we are worried that the structure may collapse as its weak and can;t bear the load of construction material/ Garbage dumped alogn with the walls of my property.

I request you to please take the necessary action to removed all the Garbage and construction material that had been dumped along with my house and take the necessary action so that the public land cud be saved from encroachment. All the regarding departments shall be noticed to file a status report in the matter so that the problem does not arise in future and this public land should be fenced with board stating the ownership of land.
