Illegal Construction/Encroachment at dilshad garden L.i.g. Flats Pocket F near sai chowk Delhi 95. Complain have been registered many times before but mcd people take bribe and let go the work which is unfair problems are being faced by the people residing at that area and if this times the same happens then i will further complain in higher authority and even the local police station officers are taking bribe and let going the work which is still going on so kindly reply at your earliest or i will take action against dda and mcd via consumer court or news channels. complaint regarding the illegal chhabutra /construction on road at M- 4/28, model town-3, delhi by the owner Raj Rani Sharma
Dear Mam
I, Bala Subramanian, Resident of H.No 196, DDA MIG Flats, Sarvahit Apartments, Pocket-A, Sector-17, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075 have to lodge a complaint against illegal encroachment carried out by Mr Dubey (Owners and residents of flat No 193, DDA MIG Flats, Sarvahit Apartments, Pocket-A, Sector-17, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075.
The owners of flat no 193 (ground floor flat)have constructed a mini garden in front. They have also constructed an enclosure to make it as private garden by putting a gate on once side and putting up rope boundaries on other three sides. Upon repeated requests to get that removed, they have not budged.
This has resulted in the following inconveniences:
1. The vehicles of the residents of the flats above, are to parked elsewhere, thus causing trouble to other residents as well.
2. They have covered their balcony, thereby leaving an open top which will accumulate enough water during rains to promote the growth of mosquitoes that could pose danger to the residents there.
3. They have also remove the DDA board (direction marking for the flat numbers) to facilitate their encroachment.
4. The ‘malba’ or the ‘debris’ resulted from their renovation work is still spread around.
Overall, the total extension that the residents of flat 193 have done plus, the enclosure of the mini garden is an example of the disregard they have towards the fellow neighbours/ residents.
Request you to please advise the concerned officials to visit the site and take appropriate action on the matter.
