I live in flat No 171, Pocket-D, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110095. For quite some time now I am facing the the problem of seepage of dirty water(sewerage) from the toilet of flat No.172, above. So much so that the seepage has affected the roof of my toilet ans well as a wall of my bedroom. Foul smell has started emanating from tjhe qwet roof and the wall.
