[Resolved] DDA — bad condition of neighbour's flat | |||
WE LIVE IN BLOCK- A-2,FLAT NO 120A IN KESHAV PURAM,DELHI-35 THE BALCONY OF BLOCK- A-2,FLAT NO 120B IN KESHAV PURAM IS IN VERY BAD CONDITION AND BIG CHUNKS OF PLASTER AND CONCRETE KEEPS FALLING IN OUR BALCONY. NO PERSON IS LIVING IN THAT FLAT SINCE LAST 15 YEARS.THE OWNER OF THAT FLAT DOESN'T TAKE PAIN TO COME AND REPAIR IT. WE HAVE ASKED THE OWNER TO GET THE BALCONY REPAIRED,BUT HE HAS REFUSED TO DO SO BECAUSE HE HAS BOUGHT THE FLAT FOR INVESTMENT ONLY. WE CONSTANTLY LIVE UNDER FEAR AND ANEXIETY. WE DONT LET OUR CHILDREN GO TO BALCONY. THIS HAS CREATED TERROR IN OUR MINDS. GOD KNOW WHEN BALCONY FALL. PLEASE DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT. THANX AND REGARDS Was this information helpful? | |||

I (SONIKA AGGARWAL)Owner of flat No-114, Ground Floor, Shivaji Enclave, New Delhi-27, requesting you to check the below mentioned matter.
The flat owners of Flat No-113A, has laid a water pipe on our flat corner.Due to this, our wall has moisture/damp in abundance.Further this affects wall POP and wall paint has started fell down.
This has created problem for us.when we have had discussed this issue with flat owners of flat No.113A, they replied adversely.
Kindly look the matter at earliest.
