Subject: illegal construction of 3rd floor & 4th floor in Flat no J-4/105B, DDA Flats, Kalkaji New Delhi 110019.

Sir,

This is to inform that the illegal construction has been started on the 3rd floor & 4th floor in Flat no J-4/105B, DDA Flats, Kalkaji New Delhi 110019 near Alaknanda. Actutaly this building constrcted only for double story flat (Ground & IstFloor only). The 2nd floor was completed very long back. But the construction of 3rd floor & 4th floor has been started in April 2011, This is very risky and at any time it should be damaged and fail down on other building. The problem is the building stand as without piler which is danger position and work in under process for 3rd & 4th floor and we are not a safe position. The hight of this building is above 20mtrs. So that kindly arrange to stop this work on priority basis for safe of public. If you are not take the action on priority basis then we are going for legal action with this mail. Due to said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws.


In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of 3rd & 4th floor.
