Dear sir,
I have ordered for Blackberry curve 8520 mobile phone on 23/07/2011 order ID is 186665 through my credit card [protected] since I waited till 26/8/2011 to receive my delivery more than a month, they have not kept their word of commitment that is 21 working days,even i have called their Helpline it is highly ridiculous response every time i call they say to get the your product update it takes 3 days from concerned department ,and post feed back is you will get your product in another 2 weeks of time because your product is under quality check , i am using Blackberry mobile for the past 3 years i dont know what quality check they going to do with BBerry mobile all these kind of customer support made me annoyed i got mental agony, so I am forced to cancel my order kindly refund my money.
