Hi, This is pretty serious. I bought the deals from you Deals and you for movie tickets and the validity of the service was till 13 August 2011 now all of a sudden you decided to reduce my validity to 31 July 2011 and the Helpline is a disaster as always.
Nobody wants to help and cannt even call you for the assistance. When i first called the systems were down. Today i had a family plan for going to movie and nobody was picking up the phone at the vendor that you mentioned Movietime Rajouri Garden and when i called you for the validity, I was told it will take 48 hrs for any response and gave me the number of the vendor and that number gave me another number after trying several attempts on that phone number. The next number i recieved from them doesnt work either so i called Deals and You and got the response that i will hear from their team in 48 hrs again.
Now my deal is about to get expire according to you and i cannt use it between friday and sunday and i havent used it in 2 weeks and the 4 week offs that i had on monday and tuesday just because of your service.
This is highly unacceptable and the representatives said that the amount paid is non refundable. So this is cheating by Deals and you and a failure to deliever service. Although the amount of Rs 1050 is not too small but what is not right is not right and i will stand for justice. I am harrassed and denied service here and this is not good after being a customer with the Deals and You.
Deals and You being a reputed company should stand for their reputation and acknowledge my feelings as a customer and provide me some good resolution sooner they can
I am feeling highly Cheated and Harassed as a customer with the treatment i had from Deals and You after what i have to go through today. Please suggest what i can do to resolve this problem

I have bought so many deals with deals and you however the customer service is pathetic, they put you on holf for just 12 min when i called. I m calling these people for over a week now. These people make false promises
to the customer, they tell that they will be calling customers after fixing the issue but when they are asked why they havent called they say the issue is still pending with the vendor.
I have spoken to so many supervsiors now Like Avnish, Anjali, Ansul, Avnish and Mr Kunday ( Team Leader)
I have bought 2 vouchers with order no 246172 of Movie time and today is the last day to avail this, I cant avail all of these in the last day... My registered email is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and have already given my number to be called for the issue.
PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE OF DEALS AND YOU. Executives dnt know how to take calls, lond hold, no resolution.
