its totally fraud company do not book any thing from deals and you.. you will not get the product not even the money..i booked a car stereo order no[protected] on14/7/2011 but it has not been delivered yet, the max time for dilevery was 21 days.., they don t have any answer for tht..even till now they don t knw when they will deliver it so people do not book any thing from deals and you website..its a warning to you

Deals and You — No delivery of product
I had ordered a blackberry torch(9800) from deals and you(www.dealsandyou.com) on 3rd September,2011. They had told me that i will recieve the product latest withinn 21 working days which expired on 30th September and I still have not recieved the product. I have been contacting them everyday regarding my complain but they never give me a direct answer. They only say that the product will be delivered withinn 2 days but again I never recieve the product. Now they tell me that the product was dispatched by them but got hold on by the customs department due to absence of sales tax papers. I have not recieved the product yet and now I also doubt that they will be giving me the original product as the sales tax paper was missing. I am totally fed up and upset regarding this. I also have a chain of mails from them stating the complaints and promising me delivery dates on several occasions and failing to deliver the product. I would like to take some legal action against them as they have mentally harrassed me and have been keeping my money for the past 2 months without giving me the product and they still are not assuring me that i will be reciving my product sometime soon. never trust deals and you, my order number 275770, 263704, and 274808 is still pending with the company and dispite many verbal discussion with mr avnish and miss swati post both supervisor fail to resove this issue, now i have to seek the court of law for justice. i further want any person whomsover want to place the order with them, may first think, this deals and you is not upto mark, they are fraud.
Deals and You — Not delivering product after 21 days
Hi,I have booked Reebok watch on 24th June 2010. Till days I didn’t get my product.

I have called to there customer care but didn’t get proper response.
Actually why they are taking 21 working days means almost 40 days from the date of order.
I want my product or money back. Please let me know what can I do.
Do any one have higher authority contact no or something on which I can get the proper response.
